Nature of the service
Colibri is a free, non-commercial passion project. It is not operated for profit, there are no fees, subscriptions, or advertising. Accordingly, no VAT identification number pursuant to § 27a of the German Value Added Tax Act and no commercial-register entry are applicable.
EU dispute resolution
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR) at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
The operator is neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (§ 36 of the German Consumer Dispute Resolution Act, VSBG).
