SUPPORT

How to get help with Colibri, report a bug, or reach the people behind it.

Colibri is a small, non-commercial passion project. There’s no big support team behind it, just people who care about getting it right. If something’s broken, confusing, or you just have a question, here’s how to reach us.

Get in touch

For general questions, account help, or anything that doesn’t fit below, email us at pds@colibri.social. You can also reach us on the ATmosphere at @colibri.social on Bluesky.

Report a bug

Colibri is open source. The fastest way to get a bug fixed is to open an issue on GitHub, where we can track it in the open: github.com/colibri-social/colibri.social/issues.

If you’d rather not use GitHub, just email us at pds@colibri.social with what happened and we’ll take it from there.

Report abuse or a safety concern

If you’ve come across harmful content, a bad-faith community, or anything that puts people at risk, including security issues, email pds@colibri.social and we’ll look into it as quickly as we can.

Response times

Because Colibri is run by volunteers in their spare time, we can’t promise instant replies. We read everything that comes in and do our best to get back to you. Thanks for your patience.

More answers

Many common questions are already covered in our FAQ, and if you want to understand how Colibri works under the hood, the documentation goes deep on the AT Protocol, communities, and self-hosting.
